The Elit Srem cold storage facility offers storage services to producers and processors of meat, dairy, fruit, dough, baked goods, and vegetables, as well as to importers and exporters of these products.

A section of the cold storage will be equipped to meet the needs of border, veterinary, and phytosanitary inspections, and will also function as a customs warehouse.
The cold storage facility provides:
- Optimal capacity for storing and warehousing your products
- Excellent strategic location, near the Serbian-Croatian and Serbian-Bosnian state borders
- The ability to store large quantities of frozen goods in 3 chambers with a combined capacity of approximately 2,500 pallet spaces, operating at temperatures ranging from -25°C to +6°C
- Chamber height of up to 8 meters, providing high vertical storage potential
- A state-of-the-art computer system and storage equipment that enables clients to have real-time insight into their inventory — including quantities and expiration dates
- The company operates its own transformer station and spans a total surface area of 2,400 m²
- Modern equipment and software ensure high efficiency in monitoring and preserving stored goods

- Elit Srem also offers clients access to a modernly equipped business space of 250 m².

Location
"Elit Srem" is located in the region of Srem, in the village of Bačinci near Šid, in the northwestern part of Serbia. The company is situated 100 km from Belgrade, 9 km from the Belgrade–Zagreb highway, and 20 km from the border crossings Batrovci and Tovarnik, which are the main routes for road and rail transport of goods imported from or exported to the European Union.
